Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once an order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and offer the appropriate options, including a refund where applicable.

We may cancel or refuse an order in the event of payment failure, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, stock discrepancies or genuine technical errors.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.
